Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED · 31 AUGUST 2026

Zero Jump Apps, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and publishes mobile, desktop, and tool applications (the “Apps”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use any of our Apps.

By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy is a general, baseline description covering all applications and tools developed and published by Zero Jump Apps, LLC.

WHICH POLICY CONTROLS. Several of our Apps publish their own, more specific privacy policy. Where an App has one, that policy is the authoritative description of what that App does, and it prevails over this document wherever the two differ. This document then serves only as background for Apps that have no policy of their own.

Apps with their own policy at the date above include AFT Strong, Pártemelo, Ring Maker, Suzztain, TapDash Royale, and VaultDream.

Our Apps differ substantially from one another. Some are entirely offline and transmit nothing (Ring Maker, Suzztain — which does not even hold the Android internet permission); some are offline apart from a single optional feature you have to switch on yourself (VaultDream); some require an account and store data on servers we operate through Google Firebase (Pártemelo); some use servers only for a narrow purpose such as multiplayer matches (TapDash Royale) or promotional code validation (AFT Strong). Do not assume the behaviour of one App describes another — read that App’s own policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

Depending on the App and features you use, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

  • Profile Information (e.g., name, age, gender, rank, preferences)
  • Fitness, Performance, or Activity Data (e.g., workout results, test scores, measurements)
  • User-Entered Records (e.g., logs, notes, evaluations, reports)
  • App Preferences (e.g., theme selection, language settings)

For example, AFT Strong allows users to enter fitness test results and optional profile details for calculation and tracking purposes.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Some Apps may use third-party services that collect limited technical data, including:

  • Device identifiers and IP address
  • General location information (country or region)
  • App usage data for analytics or advertising relevance

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect precise GPS location data
  • We do not access your contacts, microphone, call logs, or messages
  • We do not track your activity outside our Apps
  • We do not access data from other apps on your device

Some Apps use the camera or let you select a photo for a stated purpose that you initiate — for example scanning a receipt in Pártemelo, or scanning a room QR code in TapDash Royale. Where that is so, it is described in that App’s own policy, the permission is requested at the point of use, and it is never used for anything else.

3. How Your Information Is Stored

3.1 Local-First Data Storage

Most of our Apps store what you enter locally on your device, and several transmit nothing at all.

However, this is not universal, and it would be misleading to state it as a rule. Apps offering accounts, shared sessions, multiplayer, cloud backup, or paid-feature validation necessarily send some data off your device — for example, Pártemelo stores account and shared-room data in Google Firebase, and TapDash Royale stores match data there for the life of a match. Where that happens, the App’s own privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent and how long it is kept.

Where an App does store data on servers, that infrastructure is provided by Google (Firebase / Google Cloud Platform) and may be located in the United States or other countries.

3.2 Data Security

Your data is protected by Android’s application sandboxing, device-level encryption (when enabled), and private app storage inaccessible to other apps.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some free versions of our Apps may display advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, general location, and app usage data.

Users can opt out of personalized advertising through device settings. Premium or ad-free versions disable advertising.

4.2 In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of purchase status and a verification token only. We do not store payment or billing information.

5. How We Use Information

User-provided data is used solely within the App where it was entered to perform calculations, display results, generate reports, and customize the user experience.

All processing occurs locally on your device.

6. Data Sharing

6.1 No Sale or Commercial Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

6.2 Limited Third-Party Sharing

Data may be shared only with advertising services (for ad-supported apps), Google Play (for purchase verification), or legal authorities when required by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data, including viewing, editing, exporting (where supported), and deleting it using in-app options or by uninstalling the App.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Data Retention

Data remains on your device for as long as you use the App. Deleting data or uninstalling an App permanently removes it.

10. International Users

Our Apps may be used internationally. User-entered data remains on the device, while third-party services process data according to their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying users within the App.

12. Governing Law

Zero Jump Apps, LLC is established in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States. This Privacy Policy is governed by the law of Puerto Rico and by applicable United States federal law.

If you are a resident of Puerto Rico, you may raise a consumer complaint with the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor, DACO). If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
