Data Deletion — Pártemelo

Applies to the Pártemelo Android app, com.zerojumpapps.partemelo, published by Zero Jump Apps, LLC.

You can delete your Pártemelo account in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. Both remove your account and the data we hold for it, except for the few items listed under “What is kept”.

Before you start: cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and it does not refund a purchase. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pártemelo.

Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy, not by us.

Option 1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open Pártemelo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Data & Privacy.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. The “Delete your account?” dialog lists what will be deleted. Tap the red “Delete account” button.
5. If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, a “Confirm it’s you” step appears. Enter your password, or sign in with Google again if that is how you signed in, then tap “Confirm and delete”.

Your account is then deleted and you are signed out, back on the sign-in screen. No separate message confirms it.

Option 2. Ask us by email

Use this if you have uninstalled the app, no longer have the phone, or cannot sign in. You do not need to reinstall anything.

1. Write to the address at the end of this page from the email address on your Pártemelo account. If you signed in with Google, that is your Google account’s address.
2. Use the subject “Delete my account”.

Writing from the account’s own address is how we know the request comes from the account holder. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in record, including the email address on it.
• Your display name, and your Venmo, PayPal and Cash App usernames.
• Your plan, its expiry date, and the link between your account and your Google Play purchase.
• Your AI repair credits, your scan and AI usage counts, and the AI repair results saved for your receipts.
• The receipt images uploaded when you scanned receipts.
• Every room you host, in full: the receipt, its items, every member’s claims and the join codes. The other members lose access to it.
• Your membership of rooms you joined, and the items you claimed in them. Those rooms stay for their other members.
• If you delete in the app, the receipt history on that phone.

What is kept

• Room memberships the app could not find. The app finds the rooms you joined from the list kept on your phone. If you cleared the app’s local data or changed phones before deleting, a room you joined may still hold your member record: your display name and payment usernames. Write to us and we will remove it.
• Server logs. Some of our server logs record your account’s user ID, including the entry that records the deletion itself. Google Cloud Logging deletes them automatically after about 30 days.
• Crash reports. If you left crash reporting on, Firebase Crashlytics keeps its reports for up to 90 days. They are tied to the app installation, not to your account; the app does not attach your user ID to them.
• Receipt history on other phones. Deleting in the app clears only the phone you delete from, and an email request clears none. On any other phone, remove it with Profile → Data & Privacy → Clear local data, or by uninstalling the app.

We keep no purchase records once your account is deleted. Google Play sold you the subscription or upgrade and keeps its own order records under Google’s privacy policy.

Quick Split sessions never leave your device and are deleted when you close the session, so there is nothing to delete.
