Data Deletion — Suzztain

The short version

There is no account to delete, because there is no account.

Suzztain has no sign-in, no registration and no profile. We operate no servers, and the app cannot reach one — it does not declare the Android INTERNET permission, so the operating system will not let it open a network connection at all. Everything the app remembers is on your device, and you can erase all of it from Settings, or by uninstalling.

Is there an account deletion procedure?

No, and there is nothing missing. An account deletion request exists so that a company can remove data it holds about you on its own systems. We hold none.

  • The app has no login screen and never asks for an email address, a name, a phone number or any other identifier.
  • It creates no account on our side, or on anyone else’s, on your behalf.
  • We run no server, no database and no backend of any kind. There is nowhere for your data to be sent, and the app has no permission to send it.

So there is no form to fill in and no request to make. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to support@zerojumpapps.com and we will confirm it.

What the app stores on your device

Suzztain saves your training data locally so it can show you your history:

  • the sessions you save — which exercise, when it started, how long it ran, the count of repetitions or held seconds, and any tags and notes you added
  • any custom exercises you defined, including their name, category and muscle weightings
  • the personal records and the recent-load figure per muscle that the app computes from those sessions
  • a timer that is still running, so it survives closing the app or restarting the device
  • your settings: lead-in length, haptics, completion sound and vibration, notification preferences, body-map recovery speed and scaling, and theme

None of this identifies you. There is no device identifier, no advertising ID, no location and no contact information in it. It never leaves your device and it cannot be read by other apps.

Before you delete: keep a copy, if you want one

Deletion is immediate and permanent, and we cannot undo it for you. If you might want your history later, export it first:

  1. Open Suzztain.
  2. Go to Backup.
  3. Export your history as a CSV file, your full data as a JSON backup, or both.
  4. Android asks you where to save the file. Choose a location you will still have access to.

The JSON backup is the one to keep if you may want to restore later; the CSV is for reading your history elsewhere. Both are plain, unencrypted text, so store them somewhere you trust.

Exported files are yours, and none of the deletion steps below touches them. They are ordinary files in whichever folder you picked, and you delete them the way you delete any other file.

How to delete all of it

Any one of these three erases everything the app stored. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to be online.

1. From inside the app — “Delete all data”

This is the complete erase, and the one to use if you want to keep the app installed.

  1. Open Suzztain.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete all data and tap it.
  4. The app asks you to confirm. Confirm it.
  5. The app asks a second time, because this cannot be undone. Confirm again.

That second confirmation is the point of no return. When it completes, the app has erased:

  • every saved session in your history
  • every personal record computed from them
  • every custom exercise you created
  • any timer that was still running

The app is then in the state it was in when you first installed it. Your settings and the app itself remain, so you can start logging again straight away.

2. From Android settings — “Clear storage”

Same result, from outside the app, and it also resets your settings.

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps (on some devices, Apps & notifications → See all apps).
  3. Find and tap Suzztain.
  4. Tap Storage & cache.
  5. Tap Clear storage (labelled Clear data on some devices) and confirm.

Use this one if the app will not open for some reason — it does not need the app to be working.

3. Uninstall the app

Removing the app removes its storage with it.

  1. Press and hold the Suzztain icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.
  2. Tap Uninstall, or drag it to Uninstall.
  3. Confirm.

Alternatively, uninstall from Google Play, or from Android Settings → Apps → Suzztain → Uninstall.

Nothing of yours is left behind on the device, and nothing is left behind anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent anywhere else.

Deleting only part of it

If you do not want to erase everything:

  • One session: open History, select the session, and delete it there.
  • Your notification history: revoking the notification permission in Android Settings → Apps → Suzztain → Notifications stops future notifications. It does not delete training data.

What about your Google Play purchase?

Suzztain is a one-time purchase from Google Play. The record of that purchase belongs to Google, not to us — we never see your payment details, and the app contains no billing code. Deleting the app’s data does not cancel or refund the purchase, and it does not remove anything from your Google account.

Purchase history, refunds and any data request about them go through your Google account and Google Play, under Google’s own privacy policy.
