Terms of Service — TapDash Royale
- Effective date: 26 July 2026
- Application: TapDash Royale
- Publisher: Zero Jump Apps, LLC

These Terms of Service (“the Terms”) are the agreement between you and Zero Jump Apps, LLC (“we”, “us”, “the developer”) covering your use of TapDash Royale (“the game”, “the app”).
By installing or playing TapDash Royale, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. Summary
TapDash Royale is a free party tap-battler for up to 100 players. There is no account, no purchase, and no real-name requirement. It is funded by advertising.
Two things drive most of this agreement: you choose a display name that everyone in your room can see (section 4), and matches are played with other people whose behaviour we do not control (section 5).
2. Eligibility
TapDash Royale is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Do not use the game if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. The licence we grant you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play TapDash Royale on devices you own or control, for personal entertainment.
You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game itself
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction
- Modify the game, use modified clients, automate tapping, or use any tool, script, macro, or hardware that taps or inputs on your behalf
- Interfere with a match, a room, or another player’s session, including by flooding, spoofing, or exploiting a defect
- Interfere with advertising, including blocking it, spoofing it, or artificially generating impressions or clicks
- Attempt to access rooms, data, or systems you were not given a code for
4. Your display name
Before you host or join a room, you choose a display name of up to 16 characters. Every other player in that room sees it, and in online play it is stored alongside the room and is visible to anyone holding the room’s six-character code.
You are responsible for the name you choose. You agree not to use a display name that is obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, that impersonates another person, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
We recommend a nickname. If you type your real name, your real name is what other players see.
We do not pre-moderate display names, and there is no automatic filter. Because online rooms are transient and use anonymous sign-in, our practical ability to act on a report is limited — see section 5.
5. Playing with other people
Rooms are created and joined by players, not by us.
We do not control who joins a room, what display names they choose, or how they behave. We do not monitor matches, and we provide no in-game moderation, reporting, blocking, or muting system. You play with others at your own risk, and the developer is not responsible for the conduct of other players.
If you are playing with people you do not know, choose a display name you are comfortable with strangers seeing. If a room becomes unpleasant, leave it — that is the remedy available to you, and it is immediate.
Do not share a room code more widely than you intend. Anyone with the code can join and can see the display names in that room.
6. Local play over your own network
In LOCAL mode the game runs over your own Wi-Fi network, with no internet connection and no server involvement. Your display name and score travel directly between the phones on that network.
That traffic is not encrypted. This is a deliberate design decision for a game played by people in the same room, but it means anyone with access to that network could in principle observe it. Do not use LOCAL play on a network you do not trust if your display name is sensitive.
You are responsible for having permission to use the network you play on and for complying with its rules.
7. Advertising
The game is free and displays banner advertisements on some screens and one full-screen advertisement at the end of a match. Ads are never shown during a round or on the winner screen.
Advertising is supplied by Google AdMob and its partners, not by the developer. We do not select, endorse, or vouch for the products, services, or advertisers shown, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for anything you obtain from an advertiser. Any dealing with an advertiser is between you and them.
Advertising is what funds the game. Circumventing it is a breach of section 3.
8. No purchases
TapDash Royale contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no virtual currency. Nothing in the game can be bought, and nothing in it has monetary value.
Scores, standings, wins, and any progress are entertainment only. They confer no property right, are not redeemable for anything, and may be lost or reset at any time without compensation.
9. Service availability
Online play depends on Google Firebase and on your internet connection. The game may be unavailable, interrupted, or degraded at any time, and matches may end unexpectedly through connection loss, a host leaving, or a service outage.
We do not guarantee that any match will complete, that scores will be recorded correctly, or that online play will remain available at all. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online play, or the game as a whole, at any time and without liability. LOCAL play does not depend on our services and will keep working offline.
10. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will run on every device, or that defects will be corrected.
Rapid repeated tapping. This is a tapping game. Play sensibly, take breaks, and stop if you experience discomfort, strain, or pain in your hand, wrist, or arm. If you are susceptible to photosensitive seizures, be aware that the game contains flashing visual effects. The developer is not liable for injury resulting from ignoring this.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost scores, interrupted matches, the conduct of other players, or device malfunction, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use the game.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the developer’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for it (which is zero) or USD $10.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct (dolo), or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Under the law of Puerto Rico, an advance waiver of liability for fraud or wilful misconduct is void, and Puerto Rico consumer protection law limits how far warranties may be disclaimed in a consumer transaction. Sections 10 and 11 are to be read subject to those limits, and are severable under section 16 to the extent they exceed them.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from your use of the game, from your display name or conduct in a room, or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Intellectual property
The game, including its code, artwork, sound, and design, is and remains the property of Zero Jump Apps, LLC. “TapDash Royale” and “Zero Jump Apps” are trademarks of the developer.
Any tap sound you import remains yours. You are responsible for having the right to use it. The sound is stored only on your own device and is never uploaded or heard by other players.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
14. Google Play
If you obtained TapDash Royale from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and the developer only. Google is not a party to them, is not responsible for the game, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
15. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms — in particular sections 3, 4, or 5. Sections 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing law, venue, and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and by applicable United States federal law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the game will be brought exclusively in the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico, San Juan Judicial Part, or in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a complaint before the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor, DACO) where that agency has jurisdiction, or from exercising any right under Puerto Rico consumer protection law that may not be waived in advance.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the protection of your local courts and mandatory consumer rules, nothing in this section removes those rights.
Language. Spanish and English are both official languages of Puerto Rico, and the game is offered in more than one language. These Terms are issued in English, and the English text governs their interpretation. Any translation is for convenience; in the event of inconsistency the English version prevails, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. General
These Terms, together with the TapDash Royale Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the developer concerning the game.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the game or the business.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the game changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be announced in the store listing. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
