The short version

There is no account to delete, because there is no account.

Univorpa has no sign-in, no registration and no profile. We operate no servers and receive no data from the app. Everything the app remembers is stored on your device only, and you can erase all of it in two taps, or by uninstalling.

Is there an account deletion procedure?

No, and there is nothing missing. An account deletion request exists so that a company can remove data it holds about you on its own systems. We hold none.

• The app has no login screen and never asks for an email address, a name, a phone number or any other identifier.
• It creates no account on our side, or on anyone else’s, on your behalf.
• We run no server, no database and no backend of any kind. There is nowhere for your data to be sent, and the app does not send it.

So there is no form to fill in and no request to make. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to support@zerojumpapps.com and we will confirm it.

What the app stores on your device

The app saves a small amount of information locally so it can remember what you have played:

• which genres you have played, and how many times
• your best score for each genre
• genres you have saved as favourites
• the last genre you opened, for the Continue card
• your settings: colour source, reduce motion, colour-blind-safe palette, sound, haptics
• which source-code downloads you have already earned, so a download you paid for with an ad is not charged twice

None of this identifies you. There is no device identifier, no location, no contact information and no usage history in it. It never leaves your device and it cannot be read by other apps.

How to delete it

Any of these three erases it. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to be online.

1. From inside the app

Settings → Data → “Reset play history”

Tap it once and it turns red and reads “Tap again to erase all play history”; tap it a second time to confirm. The second tap is immediate and cannot be undone.

This clears everything in the list above — play history, best scores, favourites, settings and earned downloads — not just the play history the label mentions.

2. From Android settings

Settings → Apps → Univorpa → Storage & cache → Clear storage

Same result, from outside the app.

3. Uninstall the app

Removing the app removes its storage with it. Nothing of yours is left behind on the device, and nothing is left behind anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent anywhere else.

Note that any .zip files you exported are yours and are deliberately not touched by any of the above. They are ordinary files in Downloads/Univorpa, and you delete them the way you delete any other file. The app does not read them back or track them.

Advertising data

The one thing that is not on your device is advertising data, and it is not ours either.

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and cap those ads, Google collects data independently of us — typically your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device characteristics and interactions with the ads. We never see it and cannot connect it to you, so we cannot delete it for you.

You control it directly:

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Security & privacy → More privacy settings → Ads. Deleting it stops apps from receiving a personalised advertising identifier at all.
• Opt out of ad personalisation in that same screen, or through Google’s Ad Settings.
• Where consent is required by law, change your choice from Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices inside the app.
• Make a data request to Google, the party that actually holds it, through your Google account.
• Play offline. Every one of the 159 genres runs with no network connection, and with no connection no ad is requested and no ad data is generated at all.
