Data Deletion — BeamFold
LAST UPDATED · 6 OCTOBER 2026
Applies to the Android application com.zerojumpapps.beamfold, published by Zero Jump Apps.
You can delete your BeamFold account and the data stored online for it at any time. Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.
How to delete your account
In the app
- Open BeamFold and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete.
On the web, without the app
- Go to beamfold-game.web.app/delete-account.
- Sign in with the same Google account you use in BeamFold.
- Tick the confirmation box and select Delete my account.
By email
If you can’t use either option, email support@zerojumpapps.com from the Google account you used in BeamFold, with the subject “Delete my BeamFold account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your BeamFold sign-in (the link between your Google account and BeamFold)
- Every level you published, with its share code and QR code. Codes you shared stop working.
- The statistics on your published levels
- Your level credits and the record of rewarded ads you watched
- Your play records (attempts and clears) on every level
What is kept
- Totals on levels, such as the number of attempts a level has had. These are combined numbers that don’t identify you.
- Reports you made, and records of moderation actions on your levels or account, kept as long as needed to moderate the game and handle disputes.
- Data on your device, such as campaign progress, settings and the levels you created. It isn’t stored by us; it stays on your device until you uninstall the app or use Reset progress in Settings. Your created levels stay in the app, unpublished.
- Technical server logs, which Google Cloud deletes automatically, typically within 30 days.
Deleting your BeamFold account doesn’t delete your Google account.
Play statistics without an account
If you played without signing in, your play statistics are linked to a random identifier created when the app was installed, not to you. Uninstalling the app discards that identifier. To have records tied to it deleted, email support@zerojumpapps.com.
