Data Deletion — Kraken Calc
Applies to the Android application com.xeroxislabz.krakencalc, published by Zero Jump Apps.
Kraken Calc has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Most of your information is stored only on your device, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Delete the data on your device
Your calculations, settings, favorites, recent calculators, premium unlock time and saved exchange rates are stored only on your device. To delete them, either:
- uninstall Kraken Calc; or
- open your device’s Settings > Apps > Kraken Calc > Storage, and tap “Clear storage” (or “Clear data”).
This can’t be undone. A Kraken Calc Pro purchase isn’t lost: use “Restore purchase” in Settings, or it comes back automatically the next time the app checks with Google Play.
Usage statistics and crash reports
The usage statistics and crash reports described in our Privacy Policy are linked to random identifiers, not to your name or email address. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage creates a new identifier, so earlier records can no longer be linked to your device. They are deleted automatically: crash reports after 90 days, and usage statistics after at most 14 months.
If you would like us to delete these records sooner, email support@zerojumpapps.com with the subject “Delete my Kraken Calc data”. We’ll help you find the identifier on your device, delete the matching records within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Ads
Ad information is collected and kept by Google AdMob under Google’s policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
Kraken Calc Pro purchases
Your purchase of Kraken Calc Pro is recorded by Google Play in your Google account. We don’t store your name, email address or payment details. You can view your purchases at https://play.google.com/store/account and ask Google Play for a refund under its refund policy.
