HeatZone
Open the map and see where pickup games are happening this minute. Drop a pin to say you are playing — a sport, a place, and 30, 60 or 120 minutes — and it shows up as heat for everyone nearby. There is no account and no profile: a pin carries no identifier of any kind, its position is rounded to a 25-metre grid before it leaves the phone, and it deletes itself within three hours.

What it does
See where the game is
Eleven sports on one map, with courts and fields from OpenStreetMap. Zoom out and individual pins fold into heat, one count per cell per sport.
Pins that expire
A pin lasts 30, 60 or 120 minutes and can be extended once, to a hard ceiling of three hours. Then it is deleted. One live pin per person keeps the heat honest.
Anonymous by construction
No sign-up, no name, no email. Public pins carry no user id, no device id and no owner field, so two pins from the same person cannot be linked by anyone.
Location, kept coarse
Coordinates are snapped to a 25-metre grid on the device, the raw GPS fix is never transmitted, and the app does not declare background location at all.
